Fleur-de-Lis Celebration

Each year, in this fundraiser for the log schoolhouse, BGHS honors an outstanding volunteer in preserving local and French Canadian history. Mark your calendar!  Plan to join us for an evening of food, wine and history on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at the Kankakee Country Club. Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. The Fleur-de-Lis Award is presented at 6:30 p.m. Dinner and entertainment follow. 

Proceeds from this event help raise funds for the restoration and preservation of the Bourbonnais log schoolhouse. You may visit the schoolhouse prior to dinner from 4 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

 If you cannot attend please consider donating to the Log Schoolhouse Preservation Fund.
